Kevin Thurber is an attorney who has practiced primarily in Child Dependency law for his entire 30-year career. He has represented children, parents, grandparents, foster parents, and even "de facto" parents. He has worked mostly in private practice and served as a court-appointed attorney in several counties. He has also worked for the California Judicial Council, Administrative Office of the Courts for a number of years as a Juvenile Court Consultant traveling throughout California's 58 counties.
